Cancellation, No-Show & Late Policy

To ensure smooth scheduling for everyone:
Please provide at least 2 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
Last minute cancellations and No- show appointments, will result in a 40% fee of the total services that were booked, which will be charged to your card on file or added to your next appointment.
Haircut appointments last 30 minutes. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and you will be charged 40% of the booked services. This fee will be charged to your card or applied to your next visit.
